What does UpScaleIT accept on Consignment?

We accept clothes, handbags, shoes, jewelry and more!!!  Current & Cute sell best.  We also accept vintage clothing & furs in the Winter, so long as they have been stored properly and are in good condition.   

What Brands do you look for?

We accept luxury brands, all the way down to brands you wear everyday.  Luxury brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Fendi & St. John sell best.  But, other non-luxury brands that we look for are Chicos, Eileen Fisher, Anthropologie, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Free People, Lululemon, etc. 

Is there a fee to consign?

Yes, there is a $10 annual fee that allows you to sell as many items as you want for an entire year, which covers all 4 seasons of your closet.

Do I need an appointment to Consign: 

You never need an appointment to bring in LUXURY items.  

If it is your first time consigning with us, please call us at 440-287-0104 and make an appointment to bring in your BEST 15.  Thereafter, you will be classified as either an ELITE or REGULAR Consignor, depending on your pickup preference. 

What is the difference between ELITE & REGULAR Consignors? 

ELITE CONSIGNORS:  You do not need an appointment if you are one of our ELITE consignors.  Our ELITE consignors can drop off as many items as they want, anytime, even on weekends.  We just ask that if you have more than 40 items, that you schedule a FREE closet sweep.  Our ELITE consignors get up to 4 FREE closet sweeps a year, where we will come out to your residence and pick up your items for you at no charge.  Our ELITE consignors understand that we would rather spend our time selling your items, rather then pulling the unsolds, so after 60 days, whatever non-luxury items did not sell, our ELITE consignors allow us donate to City Mission. 

REGULAR CONSIGNORS: If you are a regular consignor and have a luxury item, you do not need an appointment to bring it in.  For all other items, Regular Consignors you are limited to 15 items per visit and must make an appointment to drop off your items Monday - Thursday.  

Will you buy my Luxury item?

If you prefer to sell your luxury items, rather than consign them, please call us at 440-287-0104 or contact us via Facebook or Instagram and we will be happy to make you an offer upon inspection & Authentication of your item.  

How long do my items stay on the sales floor?

Items are consigned for a period of sixty (60) days, unless otherwise extended solely at UpScaleIT's discretion.

What happens after the sixty (60) days to unsold luxury items?

Any unsold luxury item priced over $249, may be picked up by our consignors per our pickup procedures.

What happens after the sixty (60) days to unsold non-luxury items?

If you are an ELITE consignor, sit back and relax, you are not expected to come in and look through the store and find and pickup your unsold items.

If you are a REGULAR consignor and choose to pickup your unsold items, you will be required to abide by our pickup procedure as set forth in our Consignment Agreement.
